Yes. You can manage multiple pet profiles from a single account.
Do I need to pay a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time purchase with no monthly fees.
Does it fit all collars and harnesses?
Our modules fit most accessories. The flexible design allows them to fit both narrow and wide straps, and they can be threaded through holes of various sizes.
Do I need an app?
No. Our product works without an app. Just tap your phone or scan the QR code – the profile opens in a browser.
Does it work on any smartphone?
Yes. Our data-reading standards have been used by smartphone manufacturers for years. The information can be read via NFC (phone tap) or by scanning the QR code with the camera.
What will someone see who finds my dog?
They will see your dog’s profile with the phone number and the information you choose to share.
Does it require a battery or charging?
No. The tag works without a battery and never needs charging.
Is the product waterproof?
Yes. Our products are resistant to water, mud, snow, and high temperatures.
Can I have multiple tags for one dog?
Yes. You can have several tags assigned to a single dog. If your dog has multiple collars, harnesses, or uses different sets interchangeably, each can have its own tag pointing to the same data.
Can I use it abroad?
Yes. Our products work worldwide!
Will anyone see my location?
No. The system does not show your location. You will only receive a notification that the tag was scanned.
